Most items can be delivered within 2 hours of your order, with the earliest delivery time displayed when you place your order. Please note that some items may have longer delivery times, which will be indicated, and lead times may apply for large orders.
- Delivery time slots are shown on the website and will be made to the address you specify when you register on the website.
- Delivery charges are based on the distance to the delivery address, calculated by the number of kilometres.
- We will make reasonable efforts to ensure deliveries are made within the specified time slot. It is your responsibility to ensure an appropriate person is available at the delivery address during this time. If no one is present when delivery is attempted, we will retain the goods and leave a notification of delivery through telephone or message. To rearrange the delivery additional delivery charges apply.
- Adverse weather conditions or other events outside our control may occasionally result in late or cancelled deliveries. If this occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule your delivery.
- If you are not present for your delivery, we reserve the right to charge you in full for the cost of the items in your order and the delivery fee.
- If you instruct us to leave a delivery unattended at your address, we disclaim all liability for any issues that may arise, including but not limited to theft, tampering, contamination, or temperature changes affecting the items.
